Go Girl, It's Your Birthday (Giveaway!!!!)


Hi dolls! Today's my 22nd birthday (!!!!) and recently I've hit some pretty big milestones on my blog and Facebook! One of my best friends Kelly, from Peace Love Lacquer sent me this and I couldn't breathe LOL so I had to share it with you guys!



Recently I reached 1,000 readers on my lovely little blog and almost 2,200 on my Facebook so a HUUUUUGE thank you to all of you who continue to support me! As a token of my appreciation, I have a huge, great giveaway for all of you!

At first I was going to have one U.S winner, but  I didn't want to leave out my International girls so here's the plan -- in the event that the first confirmed winner is an International fan that person will receive the Gift Card prize. Then a 2nd US winner will be drawn to receive the gift box. In the event that the first winner drawn is a US winner, they will win the entire prize box, including gift card.

  • My birthday is August 18th, and we always do something different for my birthday. A couple years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter my sister got me to sit on a saddle at Texas Roadhouse on my birthday. Its always interesting :)

    June 18th. WE got married on my birthday...it wasn't on purpose, not really. See, we had scheduled our wedding for June 19th (Saturday evening) but the chapel somehow got double-booked and we were the second one booked. Well, since we had the date made, we made our cruise reservations for leaving on Sunday June 20th. So we had no choice but to make our date before for our departure date, so we moved it to Friday night. LOL!

    Ok, now that you have background...we go each year to the same restaurant for our anniversary that he proposed at (though that may be changing--last time it was terrible--apparently new chef) so we may be going elsewhere.

  • August 29. Seems surviving hurricanes is becoming a tradition, first hurricane Katrina, then last year hurricane Issac, which wasn't anything compared to Katrina, though. My birthdays have rarely been 'good' days.

  • May 13th. Last year I got engaged on the 12th and celebrated our engagement/my birthday with my now-husband's family. In the past, I would go out with friends to a bar, but moving out of the country put a stop to that. lol.

  • My birthday is July 1. My mom's is the day before and my sister's is the day after. Our family usually gets together and celebrates all three of our birthdays and July 4th with a cookout followed by lots of fireworks out over the lake where my parents live. I love it! It kind of feels like everyone around the lake is celebrating our birthdays with us, especially when it falls on a weekend because there are fireworks for two or three nights in a row. :)

  • My Birthday is April 11th. Well this year is going to be the first year that my tradition ends. I used to have a birthday party with my grandma whos birthday was April 10th, but she passed away Feb. 3rd this year. I have some ideas in mind tho to keep the tradition going somewhat!
